MOVEMENT FOR MENTAL HEALTH

Ironmind offers ‘Movement for Mental Health’ programs that target the management of mental health through physical movement. Our goal is to improve mental health whilst empowering individuals with the necessary tools and education to manage and maintain personal mental health challenges.

 

The Ironmind initiative was designed as a response to the increasing demand to meet the needs of those suffering with mental health problems.
We create client specific programs to suit all individuals incorporating General Exercise, stretching, yoga, a wide range of outdoor activities and sports, breathwork and breathing exercises, active meditation and relaxation techniques.

 

Sessions are ‘one on one’ with our qualified trainers and instructors, with some group classes to be starting soon.

 

Ironmind is accessible to all ages regardless of one’s mental and physical health.
